Lessons Learned
- The induction has enabled the new staff to understand about the operations of the bank.
- During the presentation of the short video by the Group Chairman, Tony Elumelu, the inductees learned from him that ‘it’s always good to commend someone for good job done’. This to him would embolden the person to work harder to attend results.
- The presentation done by the MD/CEO made me to understand that, branding does not only stop with the MD/CEO or staff at MCC. ‘Every staff represents the brand of UBA’ he said.
- The MD/CEO disclosed to inductees that they should see themselves attaining any position in UBA. ‘Hard work and results counts’ he emphasised.
- The UBA MD/CEO explained to participants about the importance of the Core Values with a specific focus on the UBA 3Es i.e.
- Enterprise
- Excellence and;
- Execution
